Author: Where I can find a builder or contractor? He was unable to answer that question from one of my clients when asked just over 3 years. Today is another story and I am pleased to announce that after many years of being frustrated, I figured out how to minimize my chances of making a costly mistake in hiring a home builder in Toronto. When you call someone who claims to be able to build your dream home, how you know you can trust him? Well, one way would be to ask to speak to a customer in general location, I had a house built by them, in fact, for at least 1-3 years.
My experience and my travels in real estate led me to acouple of incredible, talented, very talented and very honest luxury homebuilders and contractors. Those who drew me the most, and those I highly recommend to my friends and clients are builders and contractors who are on their hands. I get a good idea for those who come to me like a perfectionist and take great pride in their work and consider all their projects, their signature brand, so to speak.
Is there anything more frustrating than to invest so much of your hard earned money, time and energy, with a beautiful custom built luxury home or renovation done to a really everything goes wrong? This was what was in front of many customers to a real estate broker. All skylights, kitchen leaky disintegrating. This must not happen again to me, wow, what a joy and a relief to propose and recommend to my friends and customers a way to find quality home builder or contractor specializing in all types of additions and corrections to the man by his word and a luxury home builder that stands behind their work!
